Benz intern testing handbook requirements and customer requirements and feedback.
- Create report to the each testing result to MB coordinator for further analysis. – Testing record includes photos ,videos
- Issue and part failures during testing
- Implement, tracking, monitoring and validation on the optimization of issue progress, part failures according to the solution proposal provided by MB coordinator
- Testing preparation and supporting activities:
- Prepare testing trip, management drive testing activities, include Parts coordination, Summer,
Winter general overall vehicle testing on the proofing ground incl. group driving, towing vehicles, contact workshops, organization management drive, create agenda, booking hotels.
- Preparation on internal and external benchmarking with focus on best solution for Chinese customers
- Solving camouflage issues according to MB coordinator instruction Qualification
- Driving qualification (F2CN, T1 and W-training), allow on-the-job training
- Overall vehicle testing experience in automotive industry, minimum 2-3 years work experience at OEMs
- English language skills, could communication by English 岗位职责： 1、负责整车性能试验计划安排和组织实施工作，完成年度性能试验指标； 2、按照性能试验主计划，制定性能试验实施细则，策划试验流程、工序，编制试验规范，并组织试验小组进行方案评审； 3、负责性能试验过程中试验流程的监控，试验工序过程问题的处理，试验进度的跟踪，确保性能试验按主计划完成； 4、负责性能试验数据分析和整理，编制试验报告。 岗位要求： 1、全日制本科学历； 2、整车试验经验3年以上，主要侧重整车内外饰方向，有动态测试和主观评价经验。 3、英语口语流利，能够作为工作语言。 4、具备试验驾驶资格 (F2CN、T1 和 W 培训) ；]]>
