该职位来源于猎聘 Follows Ashley Sales Approach (ASA) process, in working with each consumer, in order to ensure Ashley’s brand image, to maximize each sale’s average ticket and to ensure above minimum category sales goals
- Completes customer information and sketch forms to continue to build employee data base
- Accurately completes appropriate paperwork and order entry processes to ensure accurate and thorough communications of Ashley Terms and Conditions and customer expectations
- Contacts customer after delivery to ensure total satisfaction, along with establishing next steps to continue to serve the consumer in their home furnishing needs.
- Follows the Sales System Set-up Process and ensures data is entered correctly into the Ups system
- Maintains a consistent high level of performance when shifting between several assigned activities, including:
- Selling merchandise
- Maintaining store cleanliness standards
- Participating in training and coaching sessions
- Completes showroom floor recovery/housekeeping processes, along with recovering the floor throughout the day, in order to ensure a professional in-store experience for every customer
- Actively works on personal sales performance improvement by utilizing learning tools and programs that are available
- Actively participates in sales and/or departmental meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions with Store Management and/or Trainers.
Assists with mentoring other employees and providing back-up
- Maintains reliable attendance and adheres to work schedule
- Completes other assignments and special projects as requested
