该职位来源于猎聘 Continuous Improvement Leader Responsibilities: 1、Develop and expand local capabilities in applying continuous improvement tools and methods and promote a structured problem-solving approach 2、Work with plant leaders to Identify, coordinate and/or lead a wide variety of continuous improvement initiatives and projects designed to improve safety, production and quality across all operations 3、Teach and implement lean manufacturing tools to all levels of the organization (Kaizen, 5S + 1, TPM, SMED, Standard Work, Visual Management, GEMBA, etc. to improve plant KPIs 4、Assists in improvement activities including training, mentoring, facilitating Kaizen events, Six Sigma projects, tool deployment, benchmarking 5、Facilitate management team to identify and develop annual improvement plans consistent with and in support of the strategic plan and business operating plan 6、Establishing norms and standards of company performance. 7、Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management. 8、Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization. Requirements: 1、A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, process management, or operations is a MUST 2、6 Sigma black belt and SPC proficient is a MUST 3、Lean Manufacturing tools knowledge is a MUST 4、Able to communicate in English 5、3 to 5 years of experience in process optimization, operations, or business management as well as in leading Kaizen workshops 6、A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures. 7、A strategic and analytical mindset. 8、An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills. 9、A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies. 10、Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 11、Leadership and mentoring skills. 12、Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.
