We are currently seeking an Adaptation Engineer to join a leading international engineering and manufacturing organization in Göteborg. About The Role
As an Adaptation Engineer, you will support the design and development of customized product adaptations based on customer requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help evaluate technical feasibility, prepare documentation, and contribute to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and analyze customer adaptation requests from internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, development costs, and production lead times.
- Support the selection and design of appropriate adaptation solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and engineering records.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, sales, and project teams.
- Ensure solutions meet quality, technical, and business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Development, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and documentation.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience through internships, university projects, or trainee programs.
- Familiarity with CAD tools and technical documentation.
- Interest in product development and customer-focused engineering solutions.
