We are hiring an Ads Packages Project Manager to support the end-to-end delivery of advertising packages, integrated brand campaigns, creator activations, and O2O/event executions for a leading client in Dubai.
This is a fast-paced role ideal for candidates with strong project execution, stakeholder management, and campaign coordination experience across digital and offline environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of advertising and campaign packages from kickoff to launch and completion
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, assets, and campaign execution across multiple workstreams
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, brands, creators, and event/production partners
- Support digital, social, creator, and experiential/O2O campaign activations
- Coordinate offline activations, events, hospitality, and onsite execution
- Manage escalations, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Support reporting, campaign wrap-ups, and operational improvements
Mandatory Requirements
- Arabic & English language proficiency
- Experience managing campaigns/projects in advertising, digital marketing, media, or events
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Exposure to offline activations/events or experiential marketing
