Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Pay Range and Other Compensation:
The salary range for this position is expected to be between $90-110,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
Account Manager / Program Manager – Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), RFQs, and contract modifications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Develop pricing, prepare quotations, and support contract negotiations.
Monitor account profitability, forecasting, and revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, AS9100, ISO 9001, and ITAR (as applicable).
Resolve customer issues related to quality, delivery, and technical concerns.
Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of Account Management or Program Management experience in manufacturing.
Experience in die casting, metal components, or precision manufacturing preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems (Syteline preferred), customer portals, and EDI.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in aerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing.
Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
