To support our operations, we are looking for a: After Sales Service Engineer (100%)
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Installing and commissioning new machines (3–5 axes) in Europe and worldwide
- Working in cleanroom or controlled environments when required
- Responding quickly to customer service and maintenance requests
- Identifying and escalating recurring issues
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Providing remote support (phone, email, remote access)
- Conducting customer training sessions both internally and externally
Your profile :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service (preferred)
- Technician or Engineer in electronics/automation with good knowledge of the machine tool industry
- Experience in laser technology or optics is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Versatile, autonomous, rigorous, and highly communicative
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time
- Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit
- Ideally located along the Geneva–Lausanne corridor or close to the border, to facilitate airport access.
