I'm working with a global data and analytics company, looking to add an Agile Project Manager to their team!
Location: Alpharetta, GA – 3x a week onsite
Contract Duration: 1 year to start with high potential to extend/convert
Pay rate: $50-55/hr
About this role:
- Lead and support two Agile squads (10–12 team members total) focused on technology delivery
- Own Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and backlog management
- Own Jira reporting, sprint tracking, backlog organization, dashboards, and Agile workflows
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, staffing, and budgets
- Partner closely with engineering, QA, product, and leadership teams
Experience:
- 6–9+ years of Project Management experience in Agile technology environments
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in complex enterprise settings
- Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks
- Hands-on experience using Jira is required. This person will be expected to actively manage Jira boards, reporting, sprint tracking, dependencies, dashboards, and backlog visibility.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
- Comfortable working with technical teams and translating technical topics into business impact
