About The Role
- You will be employed as a Consultant – AI & Automation, will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of AI-driven automation solutions, including chatbots, voice bots, and workflow automation systems.
- In this role, you will independently translate business and client requirements into scalable technical solutions using platforms such as ActivePieces, n8n, and related AI/automation tools. You will actively contribute to pre-sales activities, build demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs), and ensure successful delivery and post-deployment support of automation solutions.
- You will operate as an Individual Contributor (IC) with ownership of assigned deliverables, while collaborating with internal stakeholders across business, pre-sales, and delivery teams. Additionally, you will support research and development (R&D) initiatives to enhance the Company’s AI Automation capabilities and reusable assets.
What You’ll Do
- Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Design and develop automation workflows using ActivePieces, n8n, or similar platforms
- Build and implement AI-powered chatbots and voice bots integrated with LLMs and knowledge bases
- Integrate systems with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, communication platforms, and third-party applications
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical automation solutions
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, technical validation, and effort estimation
- Develop client demos, prototypes, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) aligned with use cases
- Perform testing, debugging, optimization, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide post-deployment support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and
- enhancements
- Act as a technical support point for clients/internal teams for automation-related queries and issues
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks with proper documentation
- Conduct research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks in AI and automation
- Build and maintain reusable components, templates, and internal accelerators
