Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune ML/DL models for tasks like NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
- System Design: Build end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, preprocessing, and model deployment.
- Collaboration: Work with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define AI use cases and integrate solutions.
- Deployment & Scaling: Implement models in production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Monitoring & Maintenance: Track model performance, detect drift, and retrain models as needed.
- Research & Innovation: Explore new algorithms and frameworks to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Documentation: Prepare technical reports, guidelines, and maintain clear records for reproducibility.
Qualifications & Preferences:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java; familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Mathematics: Strong foundation in statistics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization.
- Cloud & MLOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployment.
- Data Handling: Ability to work with large datasets and build scalable data pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, analytical mindset, and effective communication for cross-functional teamwork.
