Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HA/AC Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing home appliances, including air conditioning and refrigeration systems, as well as electrical and electromechanical products. The role involves both in-service center repairs and on-site customer support while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install air conditioning, refrigeration, and home appliance systems.
- Perform maintenance and repair work according to company standards and product service manuals.
- Handle repairs for small home appliances and electrical/electromechanical products.
- Test repaired and newly installed units to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Request and coordinate required spare parts with the spare parts department.
- Accurately document repairs, spare parts usage, and service details in the company system.
- Provide on-site home service visits to customers and ensure professional customer support.
- Obtain customer confirmation and satisfaction after completing repairs during home service visits.
- Report technical issues or service interruptions to the Service Supervisor or Chief Technician.
- Ensure timely submission of service collections and related documentation.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow all company safety and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in home appliance repair and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of AC systems, refrigeration, and home appliances.
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and repair procedures.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Valid driving license is a plus.

- Able to work independently and manage service visits efficiently.
