Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer – Aerospace to provide technical leadership and engineering authority for complex aircraft and advanced aerospace system programs. The role requires expertise in aircraft systems integration, certification, safety, and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical authority for aircraft development programs.
- Lead systems integration, technical governance, design reviews, and engineering decisions.
- Drive compliance with aerospace certification standards, including FAA/EASA, ARP4754A, and ARP4761.
- Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Interface with customers, program leadership, and executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 25+ years of engineering experience, including 15+ years in aircraft or advanced aerospace development.
- Proven experience as Chief Engineer, Technical Director, or equivalent technical authority.
- Strong expertise in aircraft systems integration, certification, and safety processes.
- Ability to lead complex engineering programs and make high-impact technical decisions.
- Must reside in Québec, Canada, with bilingual English and French proficien
