Are you graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and looking for more than a traditional design role?

What You’ll Do
As an Analyst Engineer, you’ll work with experienced engineers to:
- Perform engineering analysis for complex thermal and mechanical systems.
- Develop Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models.
- Analyze heat transfer, fluid flow, and structural performance.
- Evaluate engineering data and recommend practical solutions for customer challenges.
- Support root cause failure analyses and performance improvement studies.
- Prepare professional engineering reports and technical documentation.
- Participate in field inspections and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Continue developing your technical expertise through mentoring, project experience, and ongoing learning.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
We are specifically seeking recent engineering graduates who have demonstrated a strong interest in engineering analysis.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited university.
- Strong academic background in:
- Heat Transfer
- Fluid Mechanics
- Engineering Mechanics
- Thermodynamics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
We are particularly interested in candidates who have one of the following:
- A recent undergraduate degree with a senior capstone project focused on Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Thermo-Fluids / Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
OR
- A recent master’s degree with thesis research or engineering experience involving Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Engineering Mechanics, Thermo-Fluids, or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- ANSYS Mechanical
- ANSYS Fluent
- ANSYS CFX
- MATLAB
- Python
