Job Description:
- Develop and establish testing methods for newly installed instruments based on customer requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, including adjusting testing methods to restore optimal performance
- Perform method validation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards
- Identify and analyze issues related to instruments, applications, and testing methods
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding troubleshooting, maintenance, and service scheduling
- Adjust testing methods based on the characteristics of the tested materials
- Configure and optimize instrument settings when required
- Attend monthly service meetings organized by the company (if applicable)
- Prepare detailed service reports for each assignment, including documentation (photos or screenshots for remote support)
- Submit weekly activity reports to the designated customer service staff for documentation purposes
- Report customer requests and complaints to the Manager or assigned customer service staff
Requirements:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, 1–2 years of relevant experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, especially in handling customer interactions
- A valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel for on-site service assignments if required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Placement in Head Office, Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat
