Primary responsibilities are technical leading on developmental and commercialized products by optimization of material application processes, and direct interaction with customers to troubleshoot and solve product and process related problems.
- Leads customer visits, demonstrations, recommendations, trainings and problem solving for strategic initiatives, break-through technologies.
- Completes laboratory and testing for internal and external customers.
- Responsible for the technical training of field sales, customers, and for TCS talent development.
- Working in a laboratory environment, writing lab reports
- Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering background or equivalent work
- Automotive Adhesives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science/Chemistry, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience with Automotive Quality systems and requirements. Experience with dispense equipment suppliers
- 7+ years of experience working in a chemical/coatings material for Automotive electronic applications. (ex: sensors, connectors, printed circuit boards, modules, semiconductors).
- Account management, analytical thinking lean/six sigma/scientific application methods/development technical writing/reporting business acumen
