Role Overview:
You will play the role of Venture Engineer across all Valify solutions. We are seeking an experienced engineer to serve as the critical AI-powered technical liaison between customers and R&D, covering the full lifecycle from customer onboarding through implementation and delivery.
The most important qualification for this role is genuine, hands-on proficiency in vibe-coding: building, iterating on, and shipping real applications through AI-assisted, prompt-driven development on platforms such as Lovable, Replit, and Bolt. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting, structured customer onboarding, and close daily collaboration with R&D, using vibe-coding and modern AI tools to speed up diagnosis, delivery, and communication at every stage.
Responsibilities:
- Build, iterate on, and ship internal tools and fixes using vibe-coding on AI-native platforms (Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Cursor, or similar) as a core part of the role, not a supplementary skill
- Lead technical implementation and onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales/delivery
- Own delivery of fixes and enhancements end-to-end: from customer report, through R&D handoff, to verified resolution
- Act as the primary bridge between customers and R&D, translating real-world customer issues into structured input R&D can act on immediately
- Continuously explore new AI tools, platforms, and workflows to improve implementation quality and R&D handoff
Requirements:
- Demonstrated, hands-on vibe-coding proficiency: able to build and ship working applications through AI-assisted, prompt-driven development, with specific projects to reference
- Developer-level technical judgment: able to read, reason about, and validate code produced through vibe-coding platforms, not just prompt them
- Working knowledge of Python/Django and application environments along with a DevOps mindset
- Practical, demonstrated vibe-coding experience on platforms such as Lovable, Replit, Bolt, or Cursor
- Experience managing or contributing to customer implementation and delivery
– Strong communication skills: translating customer language to R&D, and R&D constraints back to customers, using AI tools to sharpen that translation
