Mandatory experience in the Automotive Wire Harness Industry.
Responsibilities
Proficient in Core Tools: APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plans.
Interpretation of engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Strong experience in PPAP execution and management.
Manage customer-specific requirements and ensure their effective implementation.
Analyze customer complaints, develop countermeasures, and implement corrective actions.
Promote continuous improvement and the use of Lean tools throughout product planning activities.
Quality station release and approval.
Development and implementation of quality controls for workstations, including Poka-Yoke systems.
Evaluation of prototype phase deliverables.
Development and preparation of PPAP documentation.
Follow-up and development of Safe Launch Plans.
Release and approval of Visual Aids.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field completed.
Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
Strong proficiency in engineering drawing interpretation.
Advanced knowledge of Core Tools: APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plans.
Knowledge of customer-specific requirements for KIA, Hyundai, and Ford.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Strong leadership skills and proactive attitude.
