The Canadian Construction Company is a construction management and business advisory firm delivering projects to Canadian professional standards here in Syria. We're growing our team and looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer to take ownership of design and on-site coordination across our projects.
This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable moving between the drawing board and the construction site, and who knows how to turn design intent into buildable, well-documented work.
What you'll do
- Develop and review architectural drawings and documentation
- Coordinate design with construction teams and ensure work aligns with approved plans
- Support project scheduling and progress tracking
- Ensure compliance with the Syrian building code throughout the project lifecycle
- Work between our office and active project sites
What you'll bring
- Degree in Architectural Engineering
- 3–5 years of local experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam (or similar)
- Strong Excel and scheduling skills
- Solid knowledge of the Syrian building code
- Reliable transportation (the role requires regular site visits)

أركان شركة لإدارة المقاولات والاستشارات تنفّذ مشاريعها وفق المعايير المهنية الكندية في سوريا. نعمل على توسيع فريقنا، ونبحث عن مهندس معماري ذي خبرة ليتولّى مسؤولية التصميم والتنسيق الميداني عبر مشاريعنا.
هذا دور عملي لمن يجيد التنقّل بين أعمال التصميم والموقع، ويعرف كيف يحوّل الفكرة التصميمية إلى عمل قابل للتنفيذ وموثّق بدقّة.
المهام
- إعداد ومراجعة المخططات والوثائق المعمارية
- التنسيق بين التصميم وفرق التنفيذ وضمان توافق العمل مع المخططات المعتمدة
- دعم جدولة المشاريع ومتابعة سير العمل
- ضمان الالتزام بالكود السوري للبناء طوال مراحل المشروع
- العمل بين المكتب ومواقع المشاريع
المؤهلات
- شهادة في الهندسة المعمارية
- خبرة محلية من ٣ إلى ٥ سنوات
- إتقان برامج AutoCAD وRevit وBluebeam (أو ما يماثلها)
- مهارات قوية في Excel وأدوات الجدولة
- معرفة جيدة بالكود السوري للبناء
- توفّر وسيلة نقل موثوقة (يتطلب الدور زيارات ميدانية منتظمة)
