You’ll engage with teams to create strategic asset management plans and enhance client interactions while adhering to ISO 55001 standards. Bring your expertise in decision-support tools and data analytics to optimize investment strategies and support local and global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive client relationship development and market initiatives
• Develop and deliver asset management strategies compliant with ISO 55001
• Apply advanced risk modeling to support client allocations
• Contribute to major project proposals and bids
• Lead across varied asset classes including real estate and utilities
Requirements:
• 6–10 years of relevant consulting experience
• Strong understanding of ISO 55001 and asset management practices
• Proficiency in optimization and risk evaluation tools
• Capability to analyze and present data effectively
• Knowledge of procurement methods to align with client demands
