Job Description:
- Monitor, inspect, and evaluate the technical condition of vessels, including mechanical, electrical, navigation, and supporting systems.
- Ensure the implementation of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and that all maintenance and repair activities
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to vessel machinery, electrical systems, navigation equipment, and other operational components.
- Conduct regular vessel visits to assess operational conditions, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Supervise maintenance, repair, docking, and other technical projects
- Monitor and coordinate spare parts, consumables, and material requirements, including reviewing Purchase Requests (PR) to support fleet operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, maritime regulations, safety standards, and QHSE requirements in all technical activities.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, vessel visit reports, maintenance updates, and fleet technical status reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in vessel maintenance, marine engineering, ship management, electrical systems, or a similar technical role within the maritime industry.
- Strong knowledge of vessel machinery, electrical systems, navigation equipment, and maintenance & repair processes.
- Good understanding of maritime safety regulations, QHSE requirements, and industry best practices.
- Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin
