Key Points
Experience in Packaging, Accessories, Printing, Poly, or Garments manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of yarn dyeing machine, crochet knitting machine, braiding machine, narrow fabric needle loom machine, label printing machine, offset printing machine, gum tape machine, and poly blowing machine.
- Diagnose and solve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic machine problems to ensure smooth production operation.
- Prepare, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules as per manufacturer recommendations and SOP.
- Lead and supervise maintenance team members during machine maintenance and shutdown activities.
- Distribute daily maintenance work among team members and ensure proper execution within target time.
- Train and guide junior technicians and team members on machine operation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate closely with production, utility, and store departments for smooth maintenance planning and uninterrupted production support.
- Reduce machine downtime through quick troubleshooting and effective maintenance support.
- Monitor machine efficiency, breakdown history, and maintenance performance to improve equipment reliability and productivity.
- Prepare spare parts requisition, follow up procurement, and maintain critical spare parts stock for emergency breakdown support.
- Maintain maintenance reports, breakdown reports, and other maintenance-related documents.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed following safety standards and company policies.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
- Skills Required: Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technician

- 5 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
- Hands-on experience in industrial machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns efficiently.
- Proficiency in maintenance documentation and reporting.
