Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Lecturer in Electrical Engineering to join our team in Colombo. The role involves delivering lectures, conducting tutorials, and assisting in the preparation and assessment of learning materials. You will participate in curriculum development, contribute to research activities, and mentor students. This is an on-site position requiring engagement with students, faculty, and industry partners to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver theory lectures and hands-on laboratory sessions in engineering topics.
• Oversee practical experiments, guiding students through applied tasks and safety protocols.
• Create Pearson-aligned assignments and project-based assessments.
• Uphold laboratory safety, SOPs, MOPs, and risk management practices.
• Participate in internal assessment processes, standardisation, and audit readiness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Essential: BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
- Desirable: MSc in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates with First Class or Second Upper degrees are invited to apply.
