Electrical
- Perform Sub-station servicing and maintenance works on operational and non-operational project electrical systems to ensure a continuous and safe power supply.
- Carry out monthly and annual generator servicing and maintenance to ensure uninterrupted electrical supply for clients and landowners in residential and commercial spaces.
- Perform monthly and emergency lift servicing in projects to prevent incidents or accidents and ensure client and landowner satisfaction.
- Conduct regular checking and servicing of the project's solar system to ensure optimal solar output and reduce electricity bills.
- Monitor, check, and replace all lighting systems as needed to ensure consistent and efficient illumination in the project.
Mechanical
- Perform regular servicing, maintenance, and monitoring of all fire protection and detection systems to prevent fire, electrical hazards, or other incidents in project premises.
- Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of heating, cooling, and swimming pool systems to ensure they operate according to customer and client requirements.
- Regular monitoring, servicing, and maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to ensure the supply of safe drinking water for customers.
- Carry out servicing and maintenance of mechanical ventilation systems to provide a proper and comfortable environment in the basement area for customers.
Others
- Provide EME-related solutions for handed-over projects based on client, association, or landowner demands to ensure satisfaction and obtain NOC (No Objection Certificate).
- Regularly service and monitor both operational and non-operational project logos and signage to maintain visibility and support company branding.
- Conduct regular project visits to ensure operational and non-operational services are functioning properly, providing a livable environment for clients.
- Prepare checklists, work orders, client reports, meeting minutes, and material purchase requests as required to support project needs, ensure client satisfaction, and uphold overall company reputation and branding.

- Experience: 5-8 years
- Education: bachelor of science in electrical & electronic engineering (eee)
