Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap, vision, strategy, and goals for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, business, customer support, and marketing) to execute product plans effectively.
- Analyze data and generate insights using SQL, Excel, or analytics tools (e.g., CleverTap, Mixpanel) to drive informed product decisions.
- Prioritize product features based on impact, effort, and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure deep understanding of player behavior and translate insights into product innovations.
- Monitor and optimize player engagement, retention, and gamification strategies.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing updates on product progress, goals, and results.
- Lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Apply agile methodologies and product development best practices to streamline processes.
