Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Engineer, Engineer, or Senior Engineer in the Process Engineering department. The role is based at HI-LEX India’s facility in Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, monitoring process performance, implementing process controls, and analyzing data to improve efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to safety and environmental protocols is also essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Process Design and Process Engineering
- Strong understanding of Process Control systems
- Advanced Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
- Background in Chemical Engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of industry certifications (e.g., ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9002) is advantageous
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the automotive manufacturing sector is a plus
