Job Summary
We are seeking an Automation Engineer to support automation systems, PLC programming, equipment integration, and process improvements in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, Validation, and Quality teams to ensure reliable automated operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for manufacturing equipment
- Perform automation troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Assist with equipment commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ, and FAT/SAT activities
- Develop and maintain automation documentation and SOPs
- Support change controls, deviations, and CAPA activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of Automation Engineering experience
- Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, DeltaV, or Rockwell PLCs
- Knowledge of GMP/cGMP and validation lifecycle
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
