This is a large-scale DCS migration project involving the transition of legacy control systems to Emerson DeltaV across multiple phased workstreams in a regulated GMP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- DeltaV design, configuration, and system architecture
- Migration of legacy control systems (Foxboro experience advantageous)
- Full lifecycle delivery including design, commissioning, and optimisation
- Work within validated GMP manufacturing environments
- Support system upgrades and automation improvements
Required Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV
- Background in GMP / regulated manufacturing (pharma, biotech, or similar)
- Strong automation engineering and troubleshooting capability
- Experience with legacy DCS systems (e.g. Foxboro) beneficial
- Ability to work in large-scale, complex automation environments
