– 2–5 years of backend development experience
– Proficiency in Node.js and familiarity with NestJS
– Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
– Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and at least one NoSQL database (e.g., MongoDB)
– Understanding of caching tools such as Redis
– Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS is a plus)
– Awareness of clean code principles and basic design patterns
– Willingness to collaborate, learn, and grow within a structured backend team
Bonus Points:
– Experience working with integrations (REST, SOAP)
– Basic understanding of asynchronous programming
– Exposure to observability tools like New Relic or CloudWatch
– Experience working in agile teams or on large-scale backend systems
