[Responsibilities]

Be responsible for BSS engineer position, mainly responsible for BSS maintenance project delivery. Involved products: CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CBS (Charging System).

Main responsibilities:

1. Participate in maintenance routine tasks like Device Health Check, Information Collection, Network Risk Management etc.

2. Analyze and locate problems in the live network, restore customer network services in a timely manner, and ensure customer network security.

3. Communicate with the customer about system/product issues and answer customer technical questions.

[Skill Requirements]

  1. Knowledge of IT are required, working as IT engineer position is preferred.
  2. Knowledge of ORACLE/Huawei GaussDB/other SQL are required.
  3. Knowledge of SUSE Linux are required.
  4. Knowledge of IT Servers are required.
  5. Knowledge of commission, integration, and maintenance procedure is required.
  6. English as a working language is required
  7. Cloud Computing certification (HCIP/HCIA) is preferred.
