Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Building Management Systems Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for designing, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining building management systems (BMS). Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams, creating system documentation, optimizing building operations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves identifying and implementing solutions for energy efficiency and system performance improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Management and Building Management Systems
- Comprehensive understanding of Management Systems and Building Services
- Experience and knowledge in Facility Management (FM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with diverse teams
- Proficiency with BMS software and tools; familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
