Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in AI and automation initiatives. The role focuses on identifying automation opportunities and supporting implementation of AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business processes suitable for automation
- Gather requirements for AI/ML and RPA solutions
- Work with data science and engineering teams
- Support implementation of automation tools
- Define KPIs and track performance
- Create process documentation and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
- Exposure to AI or automation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Experience with SQL, Python, or Power BI
