About the Job role
Summary:
- Business Analysts will provide sustained business support across critical phases of the Mobile Workforce Management System implementation. Their responsibilities include reviewing requirements traceability and preparing test cases to ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality. They will consolidate and manage UAT results, support release readiness assessments, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams. BAs will also develop training materials, assist in the conduct of training sessions, assess user readiness, and produce or update operational documents such as G&P, QRGs, and manuals. Their role is critical in ensuring solution usability, user adoption, and smooth transition from project to operations, particularly during testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Job Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree program in Industrial Engineering
- Preferably has work experience/internship in similar field/industry (i.e.utility)
- Experience in supporting system delivery, including requirements analysis, acceptance testing
- Strong requirements management and requirements traceability skills
- Working knowledge in UAT planning, test case preparation, defect triage, and UAT reporting
- Ability to translate business processes into functional documentation, workflows, and use cases.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, particularly in workshops, training sessions, and user validation activities.
- Strong documentation skills for Guidelines & Procedures (G&P), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and user manuals training, and deployment.
- Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
