Overview
This Business Analyst will support three strategic areas: localization workflows, assessment capabilities, and ICAP authoring and delivery requirements. This role helps ensure CFA Institute’s global offerings are scalable, discoverable, and aligned with candidate needs.
Key Responsibilities
Localization
Define business and functional requirements for multilingual content delivery (Brazilian Portuguese, Mexican Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese).
Support integration of translation tools such as DeepL and Phrase.
Partner with localization teams and language experts to ensure accuracy and quality.
Assessments
Work with internal partners on assessment authoring and delivery requirements.
Participate in evaluation and RFP processes with external vendors.
Document workflows for skills‑based content and assessment platforms.
ICAP
Document requirements for ICAP content authoring and delivery workflows.
Collaborate with Education, Engineering, and Product teams on end‑to‑end ICAP capability definition.
Qualifications
Experience with localization workflows, TMS tools, or translation management.
Understanding of assessment systems or skills‑based content (preferred).
Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent requirement areas.
