Job Summary:
This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects, ensuring alignment with bank goals, and leading a team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The manager collaborates with business units to understand requirements and leverages advanced technologies to develop robust automation frameworks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis, design, and development of business automation solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
- Utilize tools and technologies such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), BPM (Business Process Management), and AI-based solutions for process automation.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the organization's technology architecture and standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with business units to gather and document requirements for automation solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on solution goals.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Define team objectives, monitor performance, and provide training opportunities to enhance skills.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Identify opportunities for process automation across the organization, prioritizing initiatives based on ROI and strategic alignment.
- Explore and implement advanced technologies, such as machine learning and AI, to enhance automation capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize existing automated solutions for improved performance and functionality.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and security requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of automated processes to maintain integrity and compliance.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Implement monitoring tools to track the performance and effectiveness of automated solutions.
- Generate detailed reports on automation performance metrics, project outcomes, and process improvements for management review.
- Use analytics to measure the impact of automation on business processes and identify further opportunities.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT or business process automation, with at least 5 years in solution development and project management.
