Job Purpose:
Supports the establishment of efficient, standardized, and compliant business operations across the organization. The role contributes to process design, governance documentation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process Mapping & Documentation: Lead the end-to-end mapping of cross-functional business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and points of failure across departments.
· SOP Development: Design, write, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures that translate process maps into clear, enforceable, role-specific instructions.
· Process Prioritization: Build and maintain a scoring framework (impact, urgency, feasibility) to prioritize which processes get mapped and standardized first.
· Internal Audit Program: Design and operate a recurring internal audit program that tests whether documented SOPs are actually being followed in practice, and identify root causes when they are not.
· Non-Conformance Management: Log audit findings and process deviations, drive corrective action plans with process owners, and track closure.
· KPI Design & Governance: Define measurable KPIs for each governed process and stand up simple reporting/dashboards to track adherence and performance over time.
· Governance Cadence: Establish and run a regular governance rhythm (reviews, sign-offs, escalation paths) so process changes are approved, communicated, and sustained rather than reverted.
· Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison with department heads and process owners to gain buy-in, resolve conflicts between competing process requirements, and secure sign-off on changes.
· Internal Communications Strategy: Own the design and delivery of internal communications that keep the workforce informed of process, policy, and organizational changes.
· Change Management: Support the human side of process rollouts — training materials, FAQs, and adoption tracking — to ensure new SOPs stick.
· Team Leadership & Quality Control: Supervise and review the output of the BE&G Analyst, ensuring documentation quality and consistency across all mapped processes.
· Executive Reporting: Prepare concise, decision-ready updates on process health, audit results, and governance status for leadership review.
