Job Summary
The Business Excellence Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization's business excellence framework, ensuring effective governance, performance management, and process optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to improve operational efficiency, align business initiatives with strategic objectives, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement business excellence initiatives across all business functions.
- Develop, review, and improve organizational policies, procedures, and business processes.
- Design, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Balanced Scorecards (BSC).
- Support strategic planning and ensure alignment between operational initiatives and corporate objectives.
- Drive governance implementation and compliance with organizational standards.
- Lead business process management (BPM) and operational excellence projects.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization using Lean and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Facilitate organizational assessments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, accountability, and performance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Excellence, Performance Management, or Organizational Excellence.
- Previous leadership experience is required.
- Hands-on experience implementing the EFQM Excellence Model.
- Strong knowledge of KPIs, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Governance, Strategic Planning, and Business Process Management (BPM).
- Professional knowledge of Lean and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within Real Estate Development, Construction, or Holding Companies is highly preferred.
