Reporting to the Project Manager, this role emphasizes hands-on mentorship and practical implementation of HSE guidelines. You’ll be crucial in maintaining safety standards and compliance across the Green Line project, while effectively engaging with various stakeholders and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project safety plan and HSE strategy execution
• Provide training and orientations to project teams
• Conduct site inspections and monitor HSE performance
• Develop Job Hazard Analyses and Safe Work Procedures
• Investigate incidents and ensure proper documentation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
• 5+ years HSE project experience required
• CSO certification or CRSP designation preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license essential
Lead HSE initiatives and ensure safety compliance with Atkins
