You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure optimal production capabilities and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Function as the technical authority in vendor management
• Qualify new contract manufacturers as per FDA and ISO standards
• Audit manufacturing processes for compliance and quality
• Develop capacity models and mitigate potential bottlenecks
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives through optimization
Requirements:
• B.S. in Engineering discipline required
• Over 7 years of relevant engineering experience
• Significant experience with electromechanical device manufacturing
• Demonstrated expertise in supplier qualification
• Strong analytical skills for process improvement
