Hassan Allam Construction is seeking an experienced Chief Technical Office Engineer – Mechanical to join our team.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
✅ More than 8 years of experience in construction projects.
✅ Proven experience in water projects, including:
- Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
- Infrastructure utilities
- Pumping stations
- Water transmission and distribution networks
- Mechanical systems related to water facilities
- ✅ Strong background in technical office activities, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, quantity take-offs, value engineering, and coordination with site and design teams.
- ✅ Excellent knowledge of international codes, specifications, and project documentation.
- ✅ Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
- ✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Mechanical Technical Office activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support to site teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Mentor and guide Technical Office Engineers while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
