This full-time position involves collaboration with faculty and management of lab facilities in the School of Engineering Technology.
Your role is pivotal in assisting students, overseeing laboratory projects, and maintaining essential surveying equipment, emphasizing both technical skills and interpersonal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and maintain lab/shop facilities for safety
• Work with faculty on lab design and modifications
• Direct and assist students with their lab projects
• Maintain and repair surveying instruments
• Liaise on student performance and project evaluations
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Civil or Mining Engineering Technology
• Minimum three years of experience with relevant equipment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service capabilities
• Collaborative attitude in a team-based environment
