Role Overview
Ahlia Aluminium is a leading aluminium fabrication and installation company serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Kuwait. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to own and drive the company's sales and business development function. The role requires a commercially driven individual with strong market knowledge, an established industry network, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract award.
- Develop and grow relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants across Kuwait.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and tender submissions in coordination with technical and production teams.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of project opportunities and report on performance regularly to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to maintain a competitive commercial position.
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within aluminium, construction, fit-out, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Established network within Kuwait's contracting and real estate development market.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take ownership of commercial outcomes.
- GCC-based candidates preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Authorized to work in Kuwait
