We’re excited to be partnering with a leading organisation on a landmark infrastructure project, and we’re currently looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the MEP package.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile scheme, working within a dynamic and forward-thinking project team.
The Role:
- Lead all commercial aspects of the MEP package
- Manage contracts, procurement, and cost control
- Provide strategic commercial guidance across the project lifecycle
- Work closely with project delivery teams and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Commercial Manager role within MEP or major infrastructure projects
- Strong contractual knowledge (NEC/JCT or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
