Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects for our retail and F&B outlets, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, working with contractors and vendors, supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and resolving project-related issues.
Qualifications
- Project management and planning skills, including the ability to create schedules, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely project delivery
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods, as well as the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address on-site challenges and ensure project compliance with deadlines and quality standards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to ensure clear interaction with stakeholders and align all parties involved
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or F&B construction projects is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
