Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor. Situated in Caracas, the Construction Supervisor will oversee daily construction operations, coordinate with teams, and ensure that projects align with timelines and quality standards. Primary responsibilities include supervising construction sites, conducting regular inspections, enforcing compliance with safety regulations, and engaging in clear communication with team members and stakeholders to manage project goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills with experience in team coordination and leadership.
- Proficiency in Site Supervision and Inspection to ensure the timely completion of construction projects.
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety regulations and practices to maintain a secure work environment.
- Familiarity with local codes and construction standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to solve problems and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are advantageous.
