About the Role
We are currently looking for 2 experienced CSA Supervisors to support the delivery of a new data centre construction project in Sandviken, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) activities on site
- Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Manage subcontractors and monitor progress against programme milestones
- Maintain and enforce high standards of health & safety compliance
- Conduct site inspections, snagging, and quality checks
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, and other disciplines
- Produce daily reports and progress updates
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience as a CSA Supervisor on large-scale construction projects
- Previous data centre experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams
- Knowledge of international construction standards and best practices
Language Requirements
- English – Essential
- Swedish – Nice to have
