This role supports the Manager of Special Projects within the Commercial Team. You will liaise with contractors, handle project documentation, and oversee operational planning. Additionally, you’ll assess project performance against contractual terms and assist with budgeting and vendor procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide project updates on schedules and delays
• Manage documentation flow and submittals efficiently
• Prepare project deliverables including reports and specifications
• Track RFIs and maintain document control best practices
• Monitor construction activities for compliance and conformance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum two years in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Visio
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple assignments
