What You'll Be Doing?
- Support operational activities, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare technical documentation for batch processes to ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality and environmental standards
- Monitor and control batch project activities to ensure alignment between planning and execution
- Ensure project objectives are achieved on time, within specifications, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations
What We're Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Min. 5 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong experience in project control and reporting
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Experience in process simulation using Aspen Plus, HYSYS, and HTRI
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Willing to be placed in Balongan, West Java
