The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving operational excellence by optimizing production efficiency, implementing Lean methodologies, and supporting automation initiatives in manufacturing.
- Optimize mass production processes to improve productivity and cost efficiency
- Lead and implement Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives across production
- Identify inefficiencies and drive waste reduction (time, material, labor)
- Develop and execute continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes
- Manage automation initiatives and support transition from manual to semi/automated processes
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure timely execution
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure performance and compliance
- Conduct regular factory visits to evaluate processes and implement improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement roles
- Strong mindset in continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Experience in project management (planning, tracking, execution)
- Knowledge of Lean tools, Kaizen, Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience working with suppliers/manufacturing partners is a plus
- Basic understanding of automation is an advantage
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and business-focused mindset
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to travel for factory visits (2–3 times per month)
