We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Control Room Engineer to monitor and control feed production processes, ensuring efficient operation, product quality, and maximum productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control all production activities from the central control room.
- Operate and supervise PLC, SCADA, HMI, batching, grinding, pelleting, and packing systems.
- Ensure feed production is carried out according to approved formulations and production plans.
- Monitor machine performance and process parameters to maintain product quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Raw Material Warehouse, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Identify process abnormalities and take immediate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Prepare daily production reports, machine performance reports, and shift handover reports.
- Monitor raw material consumption and finished feed output.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, biosecurity, safety, and company policies.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of science in electrical & electronic engineering (eee)
- Skills: production engineering, maintenance engineering, manufacturing engineering, control room, quality control procedures, process control, production management
