Intertec Engineering a full service Engineering firm is looking to build a team of Data Analyst, to support one o our premier Aerospace clients. This is a 6 month + contract role, and extensions will be highly likely.

We are seeking professionals based in the Phoenix area, that will work a Hybrid schedule working 2 days on-site at our clients facility in Phoenix, and the remaining 3 days remote

.Skills and Experience

  • :Strong experience with SAP, Excel, Tableau, data extraction, cleansing, analysis, dashboards, and reporting
  • .4+ years of experience in supplier development, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or related analytical roles
  • .Skills in data visualization, scripting (Python, SQL, VBA, R), KPI reporting, problem solving, and stakeholder communication
  • .Preferred experience in AI, machine learning, automation, engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Green/Black Belt certifications

.This role will be responsible for performing in‑depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations using statistical and analytical techniques. Insights generated by the analyst will directly support business decision‑making and operational improvement initiatives. The candidate must be proficient in developing analytical spreadsheets and dashboards in both Excel and Tableau, with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, concise, and actionable visualizations for stakeholders at various levels

.Key Responsibilities

  • :Adept at creating spreadsheets and dashboards in both Excel and Tablea
  • uExperience working with SAP, Excel, Tableau, and reading line of balanc
  • eDevelop and execute a comprehensive supplier development strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals, ensuring the enhancement of supplier performance and capabilities
  • .Work as a technical lead in performing analysis to establish data sets that would be used to perform sustainment modeling activities
  • .Support and lead coordination and development of problem statements
  • .Program management of key tasks and resources to achieve cost and schedule
  • .Mine, process, and summarize data
  • .Manage the quality assurance of data scraping, query databases for stakeholder requests, and triage data quality issues for timely resolutions
  • .Analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and prepare insights in narrative or visual forms, including dashboards
  • .Analyze fielded performance developing solutions to assigned problems for the purpose of forecasting, root cause analysis, evaluation of potential solutions, and assessment of corrective actions
  • .Set up and maintain data processes and new analytics capabilities
  • .Produce and track key performance indicators
  • .Ability to formulate functional and technical requirements from business problems
